In 2020, hockey fans, supporters and community members joined forces to do what many thought was impossible – raise $3 million to Save Seawolf Hockey and protect the University of Alaska Anchorage Men’s Hockey Team from elimination.
Their enormous and heartfelt effort proved successful and the Save Seawolf Hockey volunteer group transitioned into the permanent Seawolf Hockey Alliance, Inc.
The Seawolf Hockey Alliance, Inc. was established to ensure the UAA Hockey program is sustainable and continues to grow and mature for decades to come.
